How do I place an order on Kamajewelry.com?
  • Ordering on kamajewelry.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 
  • Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your Debit / Credit card information.

  • Yes, we are delighted to offer our buyer’s the option to purchase a range of Kama pieces, including our iconic engagement rings, over the phone.

Does Kama Jewelry have a ring size conversion chart?
  • Yes. Kama Jewelry has a ring size conversion chart available online to help you determine your ring size. Please click on the size guide to view the sizing methods.
  • Also we have a pdf file attached on each product page in the ring section for size conversion. 
How do I know my size?
  • For assistance in ascertaining the correct bangle, bracelet or ring size, please consult our sizing guide in the Size Guide section.
Can I get an item engraved?
  • Yes, for an additional charge of $5, we can engrave any item you want.
  • If you wish to have your Kama product engraved, please email us the exact letters you would like to get engraved.
  •  Your engraving request online is case sensitive, ensure that you have placed your request exactly as required.
May i Return an engraved product?
  • Unfortunately, engraved creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I care for my jewelry?
  • Caring for your jewelry is important for long lasting shine and brilliance.. Below are some do’s and dont’s of caring for your jewelry:
  • Do : 
  • Always Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before wearing your jewelry.
  • When undressing, wipe each piece with a clean soft cloth to remove oil and perspiration.
  • Store in a fabric-lined box, separately or individually-wrapped in tissue to prevent scratches.
  • Don’t:
  • Never wear jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise.
  • Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products.
  • Never expose jewelry to chlorinated swimming pools or hot tubs.

Orders and Payment

What payment methods may I use on the website?
  • Our secure online payment accepts PayPal, AMEX, Mastercard and VISA.
  • Our phone sales payment methods include options of paying securely through a payment link or a bank wire transfer. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
  • To check the status of your order you can 
  • Log into your account through the “My account” section and check the status of your order.
  • You can copy your tracking ID and paste it in the DHL website itself https://www.mydhli.com/global-en/home/tracking.html; the tracking number will be shared by us via email once your order gets shipped.
May I change or cancel my order?
  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be canceled or modified.
  • Once a product has been personalized i.e. engraved, then those items are considered final sale and will not be canceled, exchanged or refunded.
What shipping address may I use?
  • We Deliver all across the US. You can place orders from anywhere, with the shipping address of a home or workplace.
Can I order using my phone?
  • Yes, you can access the website through your mobile phone or tablet.
How many items may I purchase in one order?
  • You may purchase any number of products in one order.

Return & refunds

Under what circumstances may I return an item?
  • The products can be returned within a time span of 30 days as long as it is in its original condition with the certificate as well as not engraved, customized or damaged.
How may I return an item?
  • Get in touch with the Kama customer service department and share your order id or order tracking id with the executive.
  • The Kama executive will authorize your order if it is eligible for returns with respect to the reason and photos shared.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
  • 2 weeks from the day that the return has reached our facility and been inspected by our team.
May I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

If you have the original tracking number and invoice we can accept a return of an item gifted to you by someone else.

What kind of packaging will I receive my order in?

You will receive your product in a classy jewelry box.

May I enclose a personal message with my gift?
  • If your purchase is meant to be a gift for someone and you want us to keep it a surprise, we can gift wrap and ship your order to the desired location—just make a comment in the customer notes section at checkout.
